Description
Champion Life Centre (CLC) Guelph is a ministry with operational and financial excellence as well as transparent accountability. CLC Guelph has been blessed to experience tremendous growth as a local church. We are looking for a Part-Time Finance and Office Assistant who can support the growth of the local ministry while maintaining operational excellence and financial integrity.
The role involves 15 hours/week and starts off as a 1-year part-time contract with the opportunity for renewal or a permanent role as the Lord continues to bless the church.

Passionate about serving God and His church
Faithful, diligent, and teachable
Able to work at the required pace to meet expected deadlines
Experienced in financial and office administration work
A faithful steward in their own personal finances
A person of integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software (preferably SAGE), and database management

Perform office reception duties
Oversee the church greeting card program
Prepare church reports
Ensure data quality by managing the church database
Process accounts payables and accounts receivables
Perform gift entries and manage donor information for charitable tax receipts and stewardship
Perform special projects as required
Assist the Ministry Engagement Coordinator and Pastors in other duties as assigned

Office administration and accounting skills and experience
Business correspondence skills — oral and written
High adaptability to technology, apps, and other cloud-based collaborative applications/platforms
File organization skills
