2024 CLC Sportsfest FAQs
As we step into Sportsfest 2024, we are not just coming together to witness incredible feats of strength, speed, and skill. We are here to celebrate each other, the dedication and hard work of every participant, cheer on our campuses, and create lasting memories of family and genuine fellowship.

Is there free parking?
Free parking is available in the parking lot of the Recreation Centre on a first-come basis.
What time does the program start?
The program starts at 9:00 AM. We recommend arriving by 8:30 AM to be settled before the start of the program.
What if I need a ride?
It is encouraged to carpool with one another. However, everyone is responsible for coordinating their own ride to the venue. We will meet directly at Haber Recreation Centre.
What will the day look like?
Here are some notable times of the program:
- 9:00 AM - Introductions, Official Welcome, Praise & Worship
- 9:30 AM - Cheer Competition
- 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM - Various Sports (Official Schedule with Captains)
- 6:00 PM - Awarding Ceremony
What do I wear?
Casual Attire - Wear your Centre’s designated CLC Sportsfest T-Shirt or Colour:

Can we set up tents and fellowship outdoors?
No. Tents and shelters are not permitted onsite.
Is there a space available to have lunch?
Yes, there is a cafeteria onsite. You can bring your lunch or coordinate sharing lunch with others. All food & snacks must be peanut-free. There will be no food for purchase onsite.
Are there any activities available for kids?
There is a playground & splash pad available onsite.

Washrooms are available onsite & the facility is fully accessible with barrier-free access.
